BIDHAUS will allow pickups on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion. BIDHAUS will make every attempt to ship items within 5-10 business days of payment receipt, barring any unforeseen shipping delays caused by Covid-19. Special shipping and handling requests may be accommodated on a limited basis at BIDHAUS' sole discretion and the bidder may incur additional shipping charges. All PayPal orders require both the billing and shipping addresses to be verified and confirmed. We require an adult signature to release all packages. When a Customer's item(s) are delivered, the Customer will receive a delivery confirmation email.
When a Customer's item(s) are shipped, the Customer will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. BIDHAUS provides free domestic shipping, insurance and handling on all orders (excluding furniture, housewares or art) to the lower 48 states (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and the US Territories) by the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS or FEDEX.
